YOU JUST HAD TO DO THIS DIDN'T YOU. *Sighs* Personally, I think Ryouta's paranoia might cause him to lash out at someone, particularly either Shizuka or Kazumi, though I really hope one or both of them survive. The 'all too easy' thing with Shigeru in that last chapter rang so many fucking bells it's not even funny. I reckon he's going to do in Naomi and try to push the blame off on someone else, like either Miyako or, again, Ryouta.
