Sacrifice

Her heart is torn forevermore

No longer shall she hear his cries

For what she sees inside her mind

Is only death and it's lies

The only thing that she can hear

As she meets her demise

Is the voice of her lover's pleas

Wondering why it is her that dies

"Why must I be forced to live

However she chose this very path

To save his and others lives
