Part 2 of my Secret Santa gift for the 9 Forum's gift exchange. This is 4.4, one of WarriorSparrow's OC's. He runs a messed up carnival, and is very psycho. Yet he's my favorite of all her OC's~ :iconchuuplz:

I wanted to make this at least a little Christmas-y, so I turned 4.4's cane into one of the candy veriety. :giggle:
